Job Description:
- General knowledge of computers and network equipment; handle basic and advanced technical support requests; be available for all duties assigned within the IT Department.
Minimum requirements:
- Vocational training related to computers or information technology support; strong understanding of Windows based software and OS, related peripherals, computer hardware, and networking basics
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Willing to learn all IT systems in use by Artesia Public Schools
- Technology Related Certifications/Associate's Degree/Bachelor's Degree Preferred
REPORTS TO: District Technology Coordinator
WORK SCHEDULE: 12-month Contract
